This apartment is located next to the Orchard Apartment and though it may be the smallest of all the accommodations, it is also the only one with no stairs.  It consists of a living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette, one master bedroom, one double bedroom (with two twin beds), and a bathroom (with shower).  In the living room there is a twin sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
