REGULATIONS
In order to ensure a smooth organizational running of our Agriturism we have set some simple rules which our guests are kindly invited to follow.
HOW TO BOOK AND TRANSFER MONEY
- At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost for your entire stay is requested.
In the event of a booking being cancelled, this deposit will not be returned. However, if the cancellation is done up to three weeks before the initial date of arrival, you can change your reservation, according to the apartments’ availability, and your deposit remains valid. The deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation.
- You can pay the deposit by either post or bank money transfer. The full payment will be settled upon arrival either by cash, credit card or cheque (but cheques are only accepted if the guest has permanent residency in Italy and they stay for at least a week). Bank details will be made available when you reserve.
- For each rented apartment, a caution money deposit of € 300,00 will be requested. Only cash is accepted. This deposit will be returned at departure, unless some damage to the property have occurred.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- The price includes the rental of the apartment for the number of persons included in the reservation (each apartment has a maximum number of allowed occupancies, see the description of the apartments for further details), the consumption of water, electricity and gas, the use of all the facilities of the agriturismo, such as swimming-pool, tennis, bowling, table tennis, playground, barbeque, laundry, courtesy soap at your arrival, clean towels, bedlinen and cloths every week and the final cleaning of the apartment upon departure. We remember that the facilities of the Agriturism are only and exclusively for guests. In high season, we offer several activities, such as a wine tasting with a buffet of local products and country games for children. They are also included in the total price.
- The final cleaning of the apartment does not include the garbage disposal and the cleaning of the kitchenette, stove, oven and the washing up of dishes and tableware. If guests wish to avail of such services there is an additional fee of € 50,00, which may eventually be withdrawn from the €300,00 deposit.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Beside the extra mentioned above, related to the cleaning of the kitchen, and with the exception of the apartments that have hosted animals (see below), the following services have to be paid extra: the heating during winter, fire-wood for the chimney (with the exception of a rate offered upon arrival); internet access; intra-weekly cleaning; special activities, such as trekking excursions, swim and water gymn class, catering for lunch or dinner.
The heating costs are based on the reading of the counter when heating is turned on at the beginning of the stay and off at the departure date. A rate of wood costs € 5,00.
HOW TO MAKE THE RUNNING OF APARTMENTS EASY
The lay-out of beds, furniture and all that is included in the kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses etc.) must be left as it is found in the description at your arrival. Any change in the lay-out must be brought by the guests back to the original position prior to departure. Should the staff have to intervene for the aforementioned, this will involve a fee of € 50,00, eventually withheld from the €300,00 deposit. These precautions are aimed at avoiding that the new incoming guests could find themselves, as an example, with no cups for the coffee they have just brewed.
- Guests are kindly asked to use their own personal sun-mats or large towels in the proximity of the swimming-pool and to use the towels provided by the Agriturism only in the bathroom of the apartments.
HOLIDAYS WITH PETS
- Dogs and cats are the most welcome on the property if their owners can guarantee that they will not be a danger or nuisance for the other guests and if they assume full responsibility for any damage it might occur.
- More precisely, to make sure that both those who love and are used to pets and those who do not like them might live together peacefully, it is mandatory that owners always keep pets on a lead in common areas and they clean up immediately when the animals soils. In all cases, pets are never allowed in the garden nearby the swimming-pool, in the swimming pool and in the children playground. Campopalazzi is surrounded by wonderful woods which your pets would love to walk with you.
- In the apartment, the pet should be provided with its own basket or carpet and should not jump up on beds or couches (owners of pets who are used to doing so can ask for an old blanket to the staff). - For the benefit of the next guests, an anti-allergen cleaning treatment of the apartment which has hosted a pet will be carried out. This cost an additional €30,00 per apartment.
Should there be a breach of these rules and regulation the full amount of the €300,00 deposit shall be withheld
AS REGARD TIMES...
Among the advantages of the Agriturism, beside the scenic beauty, the spacefullness of the apartments and the vast park with sport facilities, there is a well-balanced quality/price ratio. This is made possible by the fact that we offer some of the hotel services, such as the presence of staff providing efficient organization and friendly service, but not others, such as the daily cleaning of the apartments and the constant attendance of staff in the reception area. These services are not offered by a majority of Agriturisms. For this reason, due to the high turn-over of guests in high season, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the arrival and departure time schedule. This will allow to the cleaning staff to make the apartments ready for the new incoming guests and it will make sure that the reception is open, an indispensable step to fulfill the last bureaucratic requirements, to pay the rental and to return the apartment’s keys.
- Guests are expected to arrive between 3PM and 7.00PM. Should an unexpected problem arise, it is recommended to telephone as soon as possible in order to allow us to arrange an alternative solution.
- Departures are expected no later than 10AM, when the cleaning staff will start to make the apartments ready for the next guests arriving in the afternoon. Guests who wish to stay in the Agriturism longer than that may arrange to do so asking in advance. They can leave their luggage in the reception area.
- In low season, when arrivals and departures are not on the same day, we have a greater flexibility in our time schedule.
The Staff at the reception will be glad to offer you information about internet access, fax and many more things during the opening hours that can be found at the reception’s door. For urgent matters, you can contact our farm keeper or reach the staff on the mobile phone numbers which shall be handed on to you at the arrival.
....AND RESPONSABILITY
- We would like to remind you that this Agriturism is not asked to have a life-guard attending the pool. The use of the swimming pool, the play ground and any other facility of the Agriturism is under the full and direct responsibility of guests.
We are sure that our kind request to attend all of these rules is the best guarantee of a serene holiday and we rely on your cooperation. We will do our utmost to ensure that your stay will be enjoyable.
