This apartment makes up two floors of the main villa.  The ground floor includes the entrance, a kitchen with a fireplace (equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer), bathroom, dining room with fireplace, and a billiard room.  On an in-between floor there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed.  Upstairs there are two master bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), two double bedrooms (each with two twin beds) and two bathrooms with showers.

The Wisteria Apartment and the Tower Apartment can be united by opening a communicating door.
